Leadership by STRASYS® is a leadership development engine that maps competency gaps to executable training recommendations. Built for HR leaders, L&D managers, and executives who need structured, data-driven employee development.

KEY CAPABILITIES

Competency Assessment
Define up to 25 competencies across your organization. Assign priority levels (Essential, Important, Supportive) per designation. Assess each employee at Basic, Advanced, or Expert proficiency. Lock assessments to generate personalized training plans automatically.

Organizational Hierarchy
Build your org structure with designations, tiers (1-12), departments, and reporting lines. Import employees individually or bulk-upload via Excel template with auto-created designations.

Training Management
Configure training programs per competency per proficiency level with provider, hours, and cost data. Track training status (Assigned, Completed, Excluded) per employee. Auto-generate development plans on assessment lock.

Competency Intelligence
Organization-wide competency distribution analysis. Sort by weakest or strongest competencies. Filter by designation. Radar chart comparison across employees. Weighted scoring (Basic=0, Advanced=1, Expert=2).

Analytics
Monitor all employees in one view. Status tracking (Not Started, In Progress, Locked, Completed). Expandable detail rows with competency-level breakdown. Aggregate training hours and cost visibility.

Built-in Tools
Competency Insight with Readiness Bridge (High Performer / Core Contributor / Development Focus categorization), 9-Box Grid for talent review, Training Investment calculator, Employee Comparison, Performance Trend across cycles, and Export Center for branded reports.

Cycle Management
Run assessment cycles (quarterly, annually). Close cycles to create immutable snapshots. Preserve previous proficiency levels as reference. Track improvement trajectory across periods.

METHODOLOGY
Leadership by STRASYS® is grounded in competency-based talent management principles. The Readiness Bridge categorizes employees into three development bands: High Performer (80%+ readiness), Core Contributor (60-79%), and Development Focus (under 60%), enabling targeted investment decisions.

SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE
All data encrypted at rest and in transit via Google Firebase (Google Cloud). Complete account isolation. GDPR, KVKK, and PDPA compliant. Full right-to-erasure supported. In-app account deletion.
