Welcome to our newest solution for your guest experience needs! We have created Happy Stays as an upgrade to its predecessor, E-VisitorGuide. Within this updated version you will find the ability to add extra services, pay out your reservations, check out from your reservations, and even book future vacations. App is very basic, it barely gets the job done. The worst part is probably the payment handling, as the form that takes your CC info doesn't do proper front end validation, and will allow you to enter your expiration date in an invalid format. On top of that, you can't edit or delete saved payment methods, so if you do mess up the info, you are stuck with it in your account. These feel like basic things that most payment systems should have in place. Not inspiring a whole lot of confidence.

Beautiful lake front area. We enjoyed our stay. Only had a train go past once on the tracks, during the day, it was not bad at all. The staircase was a little snug for some guests, so if you're a wider person plan on the downstairs room. Everything was great except a little technical issue with one of the mini splits upstairs. The view and location were ideal.

For an app that's supposed to be used at an "away" location it stupidly doesn't caché your reservation to make it available offline, so when you rl up to your destination and need your vital info, it's unavailable. Then when checking out, immediately after checkout time you can't see checkout button, and you can't see your reservation at all. You can't even submit a review of the location you were at. Completely utterly useless app
