The supported data from Strava includes:

- heartrate

You can scale and position the data as you like and create the video.

Edit. Will leave old review below. This app is really good now. Take a video, and it syncs with your Strava data. Would give 5 stars if had the option to remove the audio (there's a lot of wind noise riding my bike) Old review: Doesn't work anymore. "nan" displayed where metrics should be. Doesn't upload to Strava or Instagram. Will be asking for a refund

This is exactly what you want for making Instagram videos with telemetry overlay from Strava activities. Upload a video, it finds the timestamps, auto finds the right Strava activity, and syncs up the data to provide an overlay. couldn't be easier. No messing with FIT or GPX files.

I take videos unedited alongside my bike computer yet it never works even though I do everything the help page tells me to do, absolute waste of time, why not have an option to use a fit file ect and attach it to the video instead of it trying to search my Strava and failing every single time haven't ever got past the pick video connect to Strava page so don't even know what the rest of the app is even like, definitely don't recommend this, just use a computer software that actually does as said
