Been using Stremio on desktop, smart TV, and my phone for over a year now. Do a bit of research, and you'll see why it's so popular. Only giving 3 stars because the app has been bugging out a lot lately on my Razr+ (2025). Sometimes it hangs on the splash screen (Stremio logo, not even getting to the home page), sometimes it partially loads the homepage and then fails to load any more UI so nothing is actually accessible. It's been strange, never had any issues before.

Very, very good app and the desktop version works wonders but this mobile version has a LOT of connection and buffering issues, making it almost impossible to actually watch something with it. The UI is very, very bad and a real trouble to use Some functions just aren't working properly like the one to unable series to notify you when new episodes come out When a show or episode is scheduled to release on a specific date, it is always only available the day after

Love it! Used Reddit to figure out how to set it up properly, it's really not that hard. It lost a star for random issues like some jerky playback (full bars on WiFi and not all files do this; might be a seeding issue?) and the app freezing when I try to exit a playing video. My only suggestion would be to add a "to watch" list to the library function. Thanks!
