Limbex is a guided stretching timer built for people who want to move better without overthinking it. Open the app, pick a routine, and follow along — each exercise card shows you exactly what to do, with a countdown running for every stretch.

Routines are fully customizable. You can adjust the duration for each move, reorder exercises, or build your own sequence from scratch. When you start a session, the app walks you through each stretch automatically, moving to the next card when time is up. No tapping required.

The interface stays clean and readable throughout. Visual cues make it easy to follow even when your phone is on the floor. A simple progress indicator shows how far along you are in the routine.

Everything runs locally — no account needed, no syncing, no internet connection required. Your routines and preferences stay on your device.

Dark mode is supported, and the theme follows your system setting by default. A short onboarding walkthrough runs once on first launch to show you around.
