HOW IT WORKS
• Pick your three daily meals from a catalog of home-style dishes.
• When you eat, film the plate for a 3 seconds.
• A built-in meal check compares your clip to the dish you picked and marks the meal done when it matches. The check is automated, clearly labeled in the app, and can be wrong. You can always re-film or ask for another look.
• Three logged meals hold the day. Held days build your streak.

WHAT YOU GET
• A record you can trust, because every entry is a real plate on camera: no checkboxes, no "I basically ate clean."
• A day-by-day view of your run: which days you held, which you missed, and your longest streak.
• Nutrition at a glance for the meals you actually logged.
• Reminders at the meal times you choose, so showing up stops depending on your mood.
• A wolf AI chat for accountability. The coach is an automated assistant, is clearly labeled as such in the app, and every message can be reported.

WHAT IT ISN'T
• Not a calorie-guessing tracker that lets you type whatever you like.
• Not medical advice. It keeps you honest about your own plan; it doesn't prescribe one.
