update from 1 to 5 stars. Customer service was great solving the issue in 24 hours after having to release an update that fixed the crashing problem. Thank you for taking care of the customer. //// crashes constantly. Samsung galaxy phone. Deleted and reinstalled but still crashes. Stays open for 15 seconds then closes, doesn't notify my group of my workouts or progress even though the options are selected on my profile. please fix asap!

Had to download for a challenge at work. The step count in the app doesn't match the step count in my fitness app. All permissions are allowed. The only way to be able to enter the missing steps manually is to pay to upgrade to the premium version. Will not be keeping the app once the work challenge is over.

I also have a galaxy S22 Ultra, and no matter what I do, I can't get the app to register my steps. I've literally tried everything with no success. It looks like from previous reviews, this app is not fit for android users. It sucks because I really wanted to compete with my coworkers in the walking challenge. Oh well!!!
