update from 1 to 5 stars. Customer service was great solving the issue in 24 hours after having to release an update that fixed the crashing problem. Thank you for taking care of the customer. //// crashes constantly. Samsung galaxy phone. Deleted and reinstalled but still crashes. Stays open for 15 seconds then closes, doesn't notify my group of my workouts or progress even though the options are selected on my profile. please fix asap!

doesn't work. steps aren't being registered in the app even though my phone (S22 ultra) is registering lots of steps. I've tried reinstalling the app and I've granted all the permissions. going through the app that is nothing red indicating it might not be working and going through the settings I can't see anything that would stop it from working either. I've also been through the FAQs

Android 16 Google Sign-In loop Unable to create an account on Android 16. Tapping “Continue with Google” loops to the Google sign-in screen and tries to add my existing Google account instead of selecting it. Android blocks this with “This account is already on this device,” so I can’t proceed. I’ve cleared cache, removed/re-added my Google account, restarted, and updated Play Services. No email sign-up option. Please fix Google Sign-In.
