update from 1 to 5 stars. Customer service was great solving the issue in 24 hours after having to release an update that fixed the crashing problem. Thank you for taking care of the customer. //// crashes constantly. Samsung galaxy phone. Deleted and reinstalled but still crashes. Stays open for 15 seconds then closes, doesn't notify my group of my workouts or progress even though the options are selected on my profile. please fix asap!

doesn't work. steps aren't being registered in the app even though my phone (S22 ultra) is registering lots of steps. I've tried reinstalling the app and I've granted all the permissions. going through the app that is nothing red indicating it might not be working and going through the settings I can't see anything that would stop it from working either. I've also been through the FAQs

I have just started using the strive app with my family, there has been a few differences with android and IoS apps. The team are very responsive and tentative. I would highly recommend this app it is great for interactions with other members.
