Simple and effective way to get started on a routine and track your progress as you go. The workouts are preset in a way that they are challenging enough to make you have to push yourself and get results but aren't so difficult that you over do it and can't heal in time to do the next workout. This is key to being able to progress quickly and smoothly. No taking one step forward only to have to take two steps back. I use this app with their other apps to create a perfect PPL cycle.

Works great, love that I can select levels and change the number is pull-ups performed. Only thing missing is the ability to modify logs. I accidentally completed a workout and missed my number of pullups. My only option is to leave it or clear ALL logs.

Ridiculous and ineffective. If you get 6 max pullups in your pull-up test they want you to perform 5 sets where you go for 7 on the last one. Nonsense app.

Please read "How to train" section. The first levels are for users who cannot pull up even once or only pull up a few times. The most effective method is to lower body slowly (reverse method of pull uping). It develops muscles very well. Higher levels are already prepared for people doing pull-ups.
