Ratings and reviews

Great app, smooth, fast, and easy to use. However, the verification process is limited to only a Driver’s License and International Passport. Adding NIN as an option would make it more accessible to more users, especially in Nigeria.

It's not really for everyone. A driver's license or your passport are the only verification methods. most people don't have a passport and most like myself, don't drive. so, we are immediately disqualified as their customers...and I kid you not, their response to my review above, is "go and apply for one." When there are other platforms that will take national ID and other IDs?... well like I said, it's not for everyone and they completely agree🤦

why is it that after creating a great 5 star app, you decided to upgrade it to a downgraded unstable Zero star rated app. This is terrible, for lack of appropriate words. please revert to the previous version before it gets mass deleted. I've been using this app to send money for a year to France and suddenly you guys made it almost useless with this recent downgrade. Terrible. it keep saying unsupported region for something that was previously working fine. I'm deleting it
