App is buggy and crashes. Issue 1: when enrolled in multiple courses, when you select a course to study, the app will show the headline of the course you selected, but the course content comes from a completely different course! Issue 2: attempting to retake a course exam results in an app crash. Issue 3: there's no way to report issues while in a course. Issue 4: When reporting app issues, support says "use the website" Issue 5: The non-stop ads on website to use app is very annoying.

my biggest gripe is that it won't stop the phone going into sleep mode. it is highly annoying to have it shut off mid video. And be prepared, several test questions has the same answer twice and both will be wrong even if they are correct, so several test have a built in fail. so you start off from behind.one would think for $100+ per month it would be better

Extremely Disappointing Billing Experience and Unhelpful Support Overcharged with no price shown when upgrading my plan, and support only repeated policy instead of fixing it. After one lesson, my course crashed and I couldn’t access anything. Paying for a plan I can’t use. Asking for a full refund — this experience is not “risk-free” at all.
