Styrshift is workforce dispatch for labour businesses. Staff jobs without the phone marathon: create a job, send offers to your crew, and see who has accepted in real time — a job is only confirmed once the crew and a team lead are locked in.

Team leads start and complete jobs from their phone, recording times, notes, issues, and completion photos as proof of what happened. Approved partners can cross-hire each other's crews by skill while private worker contact details stay with the worker's home company.

Built for the field: workers accept, decline, and mark availability from a phone and receive instant push notifications; managers get a clear dashboard of exactly what needs attention now.
