fully customizable, easy to use and does exactly what I was looking for. I have not even considered visual affirmations as a method for self improvement but so far its actually been helping me a ton! The messages are not disruptive and doesn't slow your phones performance. the messages flash for a second and sometimes I will catch some of the words and actually read them, constantly reminding me of my goals. Im using it to remind myself to have self compassion and grounding.

I love that you can personalize the messages to anything you want, and adjust them all. It also has preset messages in case you're not sure what to put down, and you can add or take away if you want. It's very customizable, it doesn't drain my battery, and it doesn't interfere when I reading, playing a game, or just scrolling. I work a lot on my phone too, so that's a plus. You can also easily turn it off if you want, and it wasn't hard to learn at all.

easy to use! you can create your own affirmations, & there are also pre-set ones. you can also adjust how many milliseconds the messages flash for and how many seconds in between each flashing message. reading the bad reviews have me confused because it’s very simple to use.. after clicking “new message” just read carefully.. it’s like they haven’t passed elementary.. also, no AI.. bs lie LOL. only issue: i have to keep turning “service status” on. edit: (while my phone is unlocked & being used)
