About this app

Capture your rides, runs, walks and hikes with overwhelming amount of data. Explore countless features and settings!

🗺️ Maps & Navigation

• Online maps 📌 – more than 40 different online maps, including Mapbox, HERE, MapTiler, CycleOSM, and others.
• Offline maps 📶 – supporting both vector and raster map types, with terrain shading for vector maps.
• Navigation ⬆️ – get step-by-step directions to your destination, both visual and spoken.
• Weather layer 🌧️ – animated precipitation radar data can be displayed over any map, so you know when to seek shelter.
• Map caching 📦 – maps are cached locally to save mobile data and battery, and to mitigate those moments without a signal.

🎯 Accuracy

• Power meter 🔥 – the most accurate power and energy meter in industry.
• Auto pausing ⏯️ – can discard all pauses, just like the classic wired cyclometer.
• Wireless sensors 📟 – supports many standard Bluetooth LE and ANT+ sensors.
• Barometric altitude 🏔️ – barometer sensor is used for supreme altitude accuracy.
• Cockpit 💺 – shows accurate distance, duration, altitude, ascent, descent, power, climb power, energy, efficacy, heart rate, step count, cadence, gear ratio, kinetic energy, vertical speed, acceleration, pace, pressure, temperature, odometer… more than 75 statistics in total!

⚡ Efficiency

• Free 🌌 – full set of features, no restrictions.
• Battery-saving 🔋 – enjoy day-long activities knowing the battery will last.
• Offline friendly 📴 – Internet is needed for features like online maps, but is not required.
• Profiles 👥 – quickly switch the profile e.g. from Bike to Run without stopping the recording.
• Easy resume ↩️ – resume any past ride, doesn't matter if you stopped for an hour or a day.

🛡️ Security & Privacy

• Maximum privacy 🛡️ – you own your data: recorded tracks are stored to device only, and no account is needed.
• Bicycle bell 🔔 – automatic ring when braking, or manually by touching or shaking the device.
• Moving sounds 📣 – great for silent bikes that startle pedestrians.
• Bike light 🔦 – flashing bike light, turned off automatically when put in a pocket.

👨‍🔬 Science underneath

• AI algorithms 🤖 – machine learning and robust statistics is utilized for data processing.
• Number crunching 🧬 – more than 75 statistics computed for every ride in sub-second resolution, raw data available in CSV format.
• Physical consistency 📐 – maximum speed cannot possibly be smaller than average speed, and metrics shouldn't spike without a cause.
• Mathematical consistency 📈 – problems of decimal rounding, finite precision, or round-off errors are all handled very carefully for top-notch accuracy.

✅ Ideal for adventures, not just sports

Modern bikers often use more than one means of transport throughout a day. The application can be used to track many of your day-to-day activities, like walking and running, car driving, and even flying.

After using it for some time now, I found that this app does not have auto pause and auto start which is very much needed in the city. I have been stoping it myself when I remember and sometimes forgot to restart which I hate. Also while pausing, I hac accidentally ended the run and started a new one without knowing, this is frustrating. Second update, I was promptly contacted by the developer which is a great plus and showed me that I was wrong and where to find the feature I was looking for.

Hi Steven, there *is* indeed such feature in the app - it's called 'Realtime auto pause' and can be found in Settings→Tracking. If you meant a feature that would turn GPS off while you're not moving, and then back on, sorry it's not possible to do this reliably without wireless sensors. Also, any ended track can be resumed. Thanks for the feedback!

Really good app for what I want. I like that you don't have to have an account. So things I'd like more flexibility on, like darker markings of bike paths on map, and of course the choices on the meters aren't exactly what I want, but this is the first one I tried after researching them and have not wanted to switch

Updated review: best cycling app. Period. I connected a Bluetooth cadence, speed/distance, and heart rate sensor (3 separate sensors) all at once, but you don't need any sensors to get speed and distance as you can rely on GPS if you get good GPS reception where you ride. Tons of features, basic features are intuitive but you can deep dive into more complicated stuff . . . Does more than you think at first glance. Tech support is top notch. Buy the license to support these folks!

Getting ready for the season with improved number crunching algorithms! #2

🐞 Fixed: Power value can sometimes appear erratic (on display only)
🐞 Fixed: Sometimes altitude, slope, energy, power, vertical power calculations are missing (when going very slowly, e.g. slow walking)
⛵ Screen stabilization feature improvement
