My selected favorites won't stay up on my car screen. (My car is a 2024.). When opening my car app, it tells me no favorites have been chosen. They have been chosen and starred. From there, I of course refresh the app, and it tells me this app can't be used at this time. If I stop at a light before I get home and put the car in the park, we get the same response. It does work fine with iphone.It just doesn't work with the androids. I've had no response from customer service after two emails.

The Android Auto version of this application is not usable in present state. it requires you to stop the vehicle, get your phone out and activate the application on your phone before the Android Auto application will let you open the gate. its easier to pull up to the gate and put in the pin code on the gate keypad. tech support told me it was a new issue they hadn't seen before. I pointed out that there were many appstore reviews stating the issue. they said updates to fix forthcoming. when?

The old app was much better functioning. My gate won't latch open despite using the toggle multiple times, support page in-app is constantly reloading making it impossible to see the number. I don't understand why all users were forced to migrate to a new app that is objectively worse than the old one.
