The new app, while technically better than the old one, really isn't anymore useful. Also, from what I understand, they still charge 28 "overcharge coverage" which is just theft. instead of building overpriced cookie cutter buildings and wasting money on not needed app features that you pass the price onto your customers, just invest it in your customers directly.

The updated app should be better, since it offers so much more information; unfortunately, none of the information it offers is correct. My paycheck is constantly auto-labeled as being from Uber (not where I work) and my rent is always filed under Restaurant/Dining no matter how many times I correct it. Deeply disappointing. The function I used most, quick balance, was also removed in the update. Also very frustrating to hit the back button to go back and be asked if I want to leave the app.

They've made us jump through hoops for added security and I'm not really sure I see it. Yes, you will now be required to have a more complex password, and you "may" be required to do two factor authentication in the future. I tried browsing the features such as account transfer and auto bill pay. I wasn't impressed. Seems like they made it easier for them and maybe for us. I'm all for a very secure app to bank with. Can't say I feel secure on this new and improved site, I do feel inconvenienced.
