They've made us jump through hoops for added security and I'm not really sure I see it. Yes, you will now be required to have a more complex password, and you "may" be required to do two factor authentication in the future. I tried browsing the features such as account transfer and auto bill pay. I wasn't impressed. Seems like they made it easier for them and maybe for us. I'm all for a very secure app to bank with. Can't say I feel secure on this new and improved site, I do feel inconvenienced.

I prefer how the old app was set up... the new one has so many options, the way my accounts are listed in it is confusing, I don't like how it operates, sending money to someone I used to send internally to all the time just became a bigger chore- couldn't figure it out for the first hour and then it required more info... just overall confusing and way too many steps. the concept is "cute" but the delivery... I think I'll go back to paper statements and going into the bank... not a fan

Redesign is clunky at best, feels a lot more desktop-like than the previous mobile app. I can no longer see my IRA account on the home page. Instead there is a link that pushes to the default browser, and then answer a few questions (Could be a one time process) just to be told to call a number to verify my identity. The majority of links lead you off of the app which seems counter intuitive to the idea of what an 'app' is. Might as well use the web browser to access the info I need.

Forrest, once you're familiar with your new digital banking, we think you’ll love how easy it is! You may need to toggle to view your different accounts (like your IRA) by clicking the menu icon in the lower right & then “Switch Profile.” Verification is expected the first time you log in to your IRA.
