ZERO STARS... This app is EXTREMELY counterproductive. There is no reason to use this app if it takes longer than half an hour to sign a patient in. Overall, I have waited for more than an hour and counting, simply because of wasting so much time on this USELESS app... Also, there seems to be NO WAY to update your email address if there were technical issues upon creation of said account.

App keeps crashing when it asks you to choose to give permission for notifications. And becomes unusable.

It's a poor overall user experience (UX). There's a huge discount between what patients can do in the portal and what nurses think can be done.
