The app is very buggy. When it comes to doing the virtual, urgent care and getting the notes. For whatever reason, the app keeps crashing and locks me out. So every time I use urgent care, I have to either message or call the aftercare team to have them email me a note that the doctor provided that night. It's very annoying. other than that the app is good

I can't access my account. Due to my old phone number still being used to verify it's me. I'm stuck on the login. I tried to contact them on the app by sending them a message on email. it doesn't go through either.

I tried signing up to make an account but it keeps saying the system is down. what is going on?? This app is not letting me create a new account.
