WHAT YOU CAN BLOCK
• Short videos: Instagram Reels and Stories, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat Spotlight and Stories, WhatsApp Status and Channels
• Apps and games: block always, on a schedule, with a daily time limit, or with session breaks
• Websites and keywords: block the sites and search words you choose
• Adult content: adult websites, SafeSearch for Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo, and browsers that try to get around the filter
• AI protection: helps catch explicit images in your apps, right on your phone
FOCUS WHEN IT MATTERS
• Focus session: one tap blocks distractions for 5 to 60 minutes
• Pomodoro: focus and break rounds, with blocking on during focus
• Routines: block social apps during work hours, study time or bedtime, automatically
• Heads-ups before a routine starts or a limit runs out
• Pause for 15 minutes or an hour when you need to; it turns back on by itself
HARD TO UNDO ON IMPULSE
• Strict Mode: turning it off takes a typing challenge or a waiting period
• Emergency unlock for the moments that really can't wait
• Partner Lock: someone you trust holds the code
