“BR Explorer” (including Train Tracking through SMS via port 16318) is a byproduct of Train Tracking and Monitoring System, which helps to visualize, guide and manage it’s entire fleet in “real time” from four Traffic Control Offices (Dhaka, Chittagong, Paksey and Lalmonirhat).

As this kind of Software is not predesigned which can be bought off the shelf, which had to be developed from scratch, that is the Train Tracking Information to general users. Eventually SUNCROPS Ltd. is passionately running the system with its own intelligence and finance. The system is being monitored and managed 24x7 by a contingent of 20 SUNCROPS Engineers.

Ratings and reviews

It was very good when I first installed it. After a month or two, now the balance is over and when I try to recharge/buy package, the app keeps closing. I uninstalled it and then again installed several times. There's this new issue now - I'm not receiving any OTP!! I tried using different sim, different phone. Nothing is working. What's the solution?

The app suddenly stopped working. Whenever I try to check the location of a train I'm hit with "Sorry! Requested train data is not available" and their support has not been able to fix that in over a year.

1. Each time login with verification code is quite weird. Remember doesn't work. 2. On board extra shows sometimes wrong notice. Other seems good. Discounts on buying heavy packege can be a good option. All packege same rate not look good. UI color is little bit strange.
