Incredibly substandard app! Did anybody notice the sort order of channels? Well, there's no order at all. A random list. You need to scroll it a few times to find the channel you want. Sorting a list on the name or number is such a basic requirement that even a monkey with a bit of IT training would realise the importance. Their IT manager wouldn't survive a day in another company. And what's up with the nightly shutdown for maintenance? Two hours down time? No redundant server? Sucks big time!

I wouldn't say this is one of the worst apps that I have used, instead this is the worst app that I have used. There are no clear details, will not work most of the times, doesn't even give you an important alert that's there on their website. The base packs doesn't load only. It's crazy 🤣 how this app is still surviving now. Their website, oh god it's another new story. I can't imagine, I am stuck with these people for 6 months. But this is the last 6 months! If there was an option -ve rating.

From this app when trying to refresh set top box showing invalid smart card. Travel XP HD channel suddenly disappeared. Many TV channels are being removed from Sun Direct, Travel xp hd being one of them. Now to watch this channel do I have to get a set top box from another company.
