Please add retailer balance recharge option through upi. Now retailer has to request main head to get our recharge amount. If we can add balance through upi, it would be useful. Please add that feature

I had applied for starting of recharging and new booking of dth through website and received a sms including user name, password and activation key on 7th july but till now iam unable ti log in to the account. When i try to login simply displaying your account is in verfication desk. I dont know how long it will take for verification . Already it is nearly 2 months spent of wasting my time.

it quite difficult to recharge exact monthly amount and add alacart each and every recharge. Each customer take minimum 15 min to set. Like other dth service set pack and alacart for first time then recharge with with customers choice. please do something about this problem.
