At least once a month this app locks me out of my account. I try to use the username and Social security number to get a new password and same thing everytime. It says oops! You entered the wrong information and locks me out of my account. I should point out it happens on Thursdays the day before my automatic deposit and I always have something go through the bank which will cause an overdraft. I think this is a scam. I believe they lock you out on purpose so they can steal money in overdrafts.

Like the convenience of it. Only thing I find frustrating is it doesn't show your exact balance on the at a glance screen (doesn't include items pending). You have to log in for that which can be a little time consuming when you need to move quickly.

I've had this app for as long as I've had a smartphone and it's been available. There have been maintenance days that caused grief, but the good days definitely outweigh the bad. It's quick, easy to navigate, and loads quickly. It has all the information I need and easily accessible. It is intuitive as well. Everything you could ask for in a mobile banking app.
