Bad customer service, chat support doesn't work, the number 6 button has to be clicked several times in order to work when entering the pin, can't get assistance. In terms of service and the information on the app. All of it are garbage. Just garbage

after I update this apps the login process is very slow and redundant the security log in. already have security password but still asking the otp. become more slow the process to log in. another thing, I always pay in advance through my bank account, when i check my portal it wont show my last payment right aways especially my sunfit & well. it's been 3 weeks already after i paid. already pass the due date still didnt show my last payment, feeling confuse.

what happened, i can't open the app, after input of passkey, its just hangs, the old one is much better, after updating ito this latest version its not even opening
