For the most part the app and alarm have been great. Until a few weeks ago. Now my alarm won't play from the radio app. I've already tried restarting, resetting to factory settings, unplugging. Nothing works. I can play Spotify list so it's not a connection to phone question. Just won't play the radio app. I've emailed help twice now and no response there either. Disappointed for sure.

Hi Meghan, sorry about that! It's most probably an issue with the radio stream for your specific radio. Did you try with another radio? We have replied to you from our support system. We need more information to understand the problem better. Thanks!
