The app itself is okay, but the service delivery is astonishing for such a large retailer. Don't even bother to request assistance. The assistants, seeming more like bots by the level of their responses, are a total waste of time. You seriously need to look into your systems and the level of training you provide your personnel working with customers. And don't even dare ask me to email you further details about this; refer to my emails regarding the last 2 issues I had over the last 2 months.

An absolute delight to shop at Superbalist.Firstly Kudos to the courier delivery guy,always early to pick up returns and exchange, it's so awesome, returns and exchange is a breeze, very efficient service im very impressed. Prices on sale items are very good especially on brand names. I love using this app, it's the BEST service compared to any other app that I use,,,kudos to you guys,we'll done, happy holidays to all staff and management that work so hard to give their clients good service 😀

Poor search capabilities. Often I'm successful at finding what I want by browsing. Blows my mind how search could not find the item. Also, pathetic how you don't provide any clue as to where the item is shipped from, so I ended up ordering a gift on Saturday and it will arrive after Christmas. No clue that it's shipped from elsewhere. Pathetic.
