They give various payment options. Once order placed and paid. The payment shows pending in banking app. This is normal and can take days. Yet I get an urgent message to pay within 2 hours as they haven't received my payment. They then cancel your order if don't pay. Why would I? As it would just be another pending payment.... So my money is still pending a week later from a Spascan payment and my order was cancelled. How can a company survive like this?

Superbalist's delivery service is consistently unreliable. Despite paying for delivery, they assign personnel who appear incapable of handling the delivery process or reading addresses accurately. It is often difficult for them to locate my residence, even though it is clearly marked as being on the corner of two streets. I cannot simplify the instructions further.

I enjoy the Superbalist Shopping App,but it would be better and more convenient if it had image searching. It is easier to find clothing you want by image search,I struggle to find the exact clothing I want and I don't purchase anything as I cannot find it.Please include an image search feature in the app. Thank you.
