I loved this game. I played for over 10 years with my clan, Troops of Dooom, and was a very active player. however, I lost my phone and needed to re-download the game on my new phone. I COULD NOT recover my old account despite having all the information needed for tech support. I reached out to them many times, several different times with all the info and I NEVER got a response, and its been over 6 months of me trying to get a response/my account back. To say I'm upset is an understatement.

The game itself is fun. I have buried years and money into the game and have made a lot of progress. However, I got a new phone and now it wants me to login thru Supercell ID. Every time I have it send a code to my email I never get it. I've tried checking spam, resending the code, and retyping the email. It's a huge issue (check Reddit) going on for years and Supercell doesn't care to remedy the issue. Seems like they want you to start over...

I recently got back into CoC and wanted to leave my experience for anyone curious if this is the game for them. As a Free to Play player, the progression balance has been very manageable. Some might find the waiting to upgrade a turn off, and if you have a burnable income, you can rush to your heart's content, but I feel the slow pace adds to the progression. Combat is also a lot of fun, lots of different units to mix around and play with!
