Parchisi is played with two dice, four pieces per player and a board with a track around the outside, four corner spaces and four home paths leading to a central end space. The most popular Parchis boards in America has 68 spaces around the edge of the board, 12 of which are darkened safe spaces. Each corner of the board contains one player's nest or starting area.

Ratings and reviews

The regular version is good. The new Blitz version is not great....it allows an opponent to run down their time to keep the other player from their turns. Since the winner is based on points that are tallied by what your dice roll is, it needs work. Most times. the opponent that is in the lead will just set up a blockade and let their time clocks run out to win. Needs work. update: player with lead runs down clock on every turn. no chance to catch up

It is definitely a fun game. However, (this is my experience) I lose way more than I win. Also, there is an extremely long timer with no consequences for players who let the timer run out for the dice roll. This creates games that are far too long and keeps me from wanting to play more. Right now I play this game once, maybe twice a day due to the aforementioned issues. If said issues were fixed, I definitely would play more.

The game itself is fine, it's fun. My problem with it is the pop ups and how painfully slow everything is. You get hit with 6 pop ups advertising their in-game currency. I have to exit 6 pop ups before I can even play the game. It's extremely annoying and makes me not want to even play the game. Awful cash grab. And everything is slow to exit. Every time you get a card in game it takes 5 years for the animations to finish. Horrible.
