App stopped working after I made a purchase. It won't open anymore and gives me an "unknown error" message any time I try. I reached out to customer support, and after only two emails from them where they suggested I use their live support chat on the app (which is impossible for me to do), and asking for a screen recording of the issue (which I provided), they've gone completely silent. I do not recommend this app at all.

SuperLive is taking roughly 74%. That's a very large cut. how can someone spend money to buy and when the person gifts, streamer collects very low. e.g someone send me a teacup worth 39 coins but I get only 10 💎 added to me. wasting our time. stealing Coins

was on for a couple days then I bought coins and now Everytime I open up the app I get a message that says UNKNOWN ERROR. and that's all that comes up. I've cleared the cache and storage, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've reset my phone, all of this multiple times and still can't get into the app, worst part is the app took my money. they have it and basically stole it
