Ratings and reviews

Ticket conversation defaults to the top of the email chain meaning I have to scroll all the way down to the bottom (newest message) each time I open a ticket. Update: It has been fixed, but I do notice when entering timer notes it affects auto correction to not capatilise the beginning of sentences. Have tested with multiple keyboard apps and it's the same. There's an annoying bug that keeps closing the keyboard when trying to enter notes into a running timer

The app would be better if notifications actually worked. If you sign into the app you can see notifications, but android never actually shows them.

Better than connectwise, it remembers your login after a week so far, missing some features but the ones that are in it work well.
