I got plenty surveys from e-mail invitation, but when I click the link, it goes to the app saying no survey available. So what's the point sending me an invitation email then? And you know what's more annoying? Almost 80% of the survey has errors like "page not found", " unexpected error", "couldn't load countries", when you encounter error like that, BOOM! That's the end of it. I think the developer should do a lot more work to fix it or people think they are running a shady business

I've used it for a year and here's my thoughts: Mobile app: even after few times update but most of the times the performance is slow, sometimes unable to load, but when it become responsive the survey already closed therefore no point gain. Reward: they won't give any payment for points exchange. I've tried twice, point always return to the account therefore no payment reward. Worst part is I need to wait for a week just to get the confirmation, even though I confirm it they decline Worst!
