I love the ability to see what's in stock, price, etc at any time, day or night. I can keep adding things to my cart for several days as I think of more items that I need. Then I have it in my hands within 2 days via UPS. I'm happy! By the way, PLEASE DON'T CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SHIPPER! STAY WITH UPS!!! Around here UPS is the ONLY reliable shipping company.

The best plumbing and heating parts store, in the East costa fair prices, no-questions-asked if you returns, and fast delivery. This is my experience as a customer. Very good service. Thank you to all your employees for their great attitude.

Quite good. Could be a bit better on mildly incorrect searches. Also, items that are in stock at a user's chosen store should come up first. On too many occasions avaliable items come up when they're not in stock at user's store while substitutions are in stock at the user's store. It tends to foul up our orders.
