Ratings and reviews

The app opens, then asks for credentials, once credentials are entered it sends a code via text, once I enter the code it asks for credentials again and the whole process starts all over again a second time. After that it looks like it's finally going through but instead it stays in an endless "verifying" loop. My only way of accessing TaxCaddy is on the website from my laptop. Please fix the app.

Log in mostly doesnt work. Two factor auth usually doesnt work. This is a terrible app and i may leave my accountant over their firms use of this app and product that routinely does not give me access even though i correctly verify and auth with passcode.

Once I got in, it's simple. connections to other institutions do not support 2 factor authorization well.
