Scout Tracking by Sure Response keeps your business assets where they belong. Attach small BLE beacons to the equipment that matters most, define your site boundaries, and Scout does the rest: monitoring in real time and alerting your team the moment something leaves the premises.
Whether you manage a single location or coordinate across a team, Scout gives you visibility into where your assets are and confidence that nothing walks out the door unnoticed.
How it works
Place BLE beacons on the assets you want to track. Set up your site boundaries in the app using GPS coordinates. Scout continuously scans for your beacons and compares their location against your defined geofences. When a tagged asset crosses a boundary, your team receives push notifications and email alerts within seconds.

Asset monitoring: See all your tagged assets in one place with real-time status showing whether each item is on site or off premises.
Geofence alerts: Define site boundaries and receive instant notifications when assets leave or return. Configurable alert cooldowns prevent notification fatigue.
Team management: Invite staff members with role-based access. Admins manage the full system, managers oversee operations, and staff receive the alerts relevant to their assignments.
Tag-based scoping: Organize assets and team members into groups using tags. Staff only see the assets and receive alerts for the groups assigned to them, keeping large deployments manageable.
Facility map: View asset locations on an interactive map with site boundaries overlaid. Quickly identify which assets are inside your facilities and which have moved outside.
Background scanning: Scout works in the background so you do not need to keep the app open. Periodic scans detect nearby beacons and publish sightings automatically.
Multi-site support: Configure multiple site boundaries for organizations with more than one location. Each site has its own geofence and alert settings.
Secure by design: All communications between devices and servers are encrypted with TLS. Per-device MQTT credentials are provisioned automatically and can be rotated at any time. Your data is isolated by organization with row-level security enforced at the database layer.
