This made such a difference! I dread the sound of wind now after being through two tornadoes and derecho winds within the last few years. So, sure, makes sense I get anxious when it's windy, right? Right! Still doesn't help though. After listening to this for maybe a week, I realized that it was windy out, but I barely noticed! I was doing something and, every now and then I'd think: Oh it's windy. But then I'd go right back to what I was doing and forget about it. That was NOT the case before. I could barely do what I needed when it was windy. For those upset about the free version - you can get help even with just that. You just have to listen to the intro and you lose some setttings that are nice to have but not super needed. It was worth it, though, to pay a few bucks to not suffer anxiety. It is a little boring to listen to the same thing, but ... that's how it works. I sometimes tune more in, sometimes not but still play it. And, when I feel grumpy about listening, I remind myself that 30 minutes of the *same thing* is tons, tons better than feeling anxious for hours. I only need a refresher now, anyhow - maybe a time or two a week.

It appears all the features aren't available unless paid for. Other then the two basic ones. Can't even turn off the awaken mode unless money is forked over. I don't waste cash on apps. And I would, I wouldn't do until I was satisfied with the basic features, so it showed there would be a benefit to throwing funds away

I think that this app actually made my anxiety worse. I used it for about 3 weeks, at first it seemed to be working, but then my anxiety got worse, I would listen to the app but it stopped working. I think that the problem is that in the app it has you pull out the bad feelings and put them away in a box. This seems to make me want to try to remove bad feelings but this is not possible and causes me more anxiety. It also has you imagine yourself in the past, which causes me more pain. I have stopped using this app and have switched to mindfulness and acceptance of the feelings which seems to help.
