Fell asleep before visualization started and had a dream about The Carpenters. It instructed me to think of something safe, immediately before the event, and something safe, after. There wasn't one event, but a long process that I still have legal issues to deal with, due to malevolent people, who will still be out there, doing the same things to others, possibly even to my family, again. I can't stop the bad thing, just wanted phobia help to get through the process.

not as described, I purchased the Pro version of Fears & Phobias Public Speaking specifically for Public speaking. The voice never discusses overcoming public speaking. it talks about generic phobias. It never provides positive affirmations to overcome speaking in front of groups. Update Customer service was extremely helpful and understanding with the title of this app. Will definitely look at other products and do business again with them

I have nvr really believed in the whole hypnosis thing but I'm quickly changing me mind! I put my earphones in, turn it on & I'm out in less then a min! must b working cause i cant tell u what the person is saying & I fall asleep quickly!
