I do literally thousands of jobs a year using this app. This app is freaking garbage and I hate it. If it's not having trouble where it can't upload the photo from the device even though every other photo taken at same time could be it's slow load times. It's super clunky. Kicks you out of reports while working on them. Using speech to text is almost impossible because every time it auto saves it just cuts off and stops your speech to text and you have to start over. I hate it.

Disappointed that they don't follow their own rules. Have done 3 shops so far. Two were under the minimum reimbursement amount, but the third merchant did not have such a menu item, so according to guidelines the amount reimburseable was supposed to be increased. It was not, and I was paid the regular minimum reimbursement which barely covers one item out of the two required for purchase. That's shady.

Almost unusable. Good opportunities, almost no fluidity. Slow, outdated looking map, zoom or drag almost never works, search is very limited, and it likes to consistently reset your location if you click on a listing and come back to the map, which happens often because tapping a job once often acts like a double tap instead of single. It'd be helpful if the listings were labeled without clicking on them, or if the app at least functioned properly even with its limitations.
