Less than stellar performance so far. I'm sure it does a great job protecting my connection, but I often have difficulty getting apps to load, including browsers with it active. Sometimes they work just fine and other times they sit there and constantly try to load content for several minutes. The app is otherwise user friendly with good controls. Just wish the pass-through was better without having to white-list all of my apps. That's pretty pointless.

It started to disconnect when using Google chrome via the "fastest location" option. I reached out for help, they couldn't figure it out. Told me "use other locations." Then it started to drop connection frequently even when using other locations. Reached out for help again, they couldn't figure it out again. Not to mention the chats were disappearing after they asked me to go to the app and change settings. The answer from them: "I don't know why the chat disconnected." All in all-lousy service

Update; Regardless of my effort to contact customer support, they are not able to offer any real solution. In fact, the issue is now worse. I am not able to access the internet when connected to the vpn. "Of recent, I have been having issues with this VPN. Especially with Geo blocking on so many apps. Even though I chose a server in the location of the app, it still detects my true location and blocks my connection. I wonder if every other app can see my real IP."
