I'm having issues with receiving the reward after survey completion. I finished two surveys that i did not get rewarded for. And when I go back to the main screen for choosing a survey, the reward isn't posted onto my account, nor is the survey I just completed in my account history. Please fix the issue. It was a total of $7.50 combined that I did not receive. Thank you in advance.

I'm a long time user of the app. Have had a generally good experience. But over the last year or so, it has gotten buggy (e.g. click on a 10 min survey and it brings you to a 30 min survey). The last straw for me though is now they require you to send in a photo of yourself and your ID to Veriff to redeem rewards. I will not be doing that and am no longer using the app.

This app sucks. If a miracle does happen and you get a survey it will crash or something will happen. I've been waiting to get enough survey to get a $10 gift card for months. Don't waste your time. Update...still sucks. Downloaded it again and nothing. I need .45 to make $10 and been waiting close to a year for a survey. Don't waste your time. I un-installed and tried again and same issues. Contacted them through emails and no response. Update. Still worthless and a complete waste of time.
