when the surveys work they're great. too many times I spend 20 minutes on the survey for a measly 20 points and when I get to the end and it says 100%, I click submit and I get booted out. no points. customer service is not helpful - this last time I had five different people supposedly who were going to give me my points and help me but not a single one did. It's really annoying to spend so much time on something to get booted. no point in taking a screenshot of every single screen.

it makes me do 25 minute surveys just for it to tell me it filled up or something went wrong. I have multiple screenshots I submitted to the team and they said they'd get back to me after I submitted them, but they are dancing around it for the 3rd day in a row. the first 5 dollars was easy to make and cash out, I have another 5 dollars to cash out but I'm not going to keep doing surveys if they can't fix this bug.

Beware of this Site! They will give you access to countless surveys, but once you're about 90% done, they'll kick you off and say it's not relevant to you. In turn, instead of the full amount of credits originally promised, you'll only receive 2 or 3 points at best. I gave them the benefit of the doubt several times but only received minimal credits. On top of this, when you try to cash out, their ID verification is flawed. Good luck getting your compensation at the end.
