Ratings and reviews

It's a great way to earn some pocket change in your free time. However, the app is full of bugs and the user interface is clunky. I'll sometimes fill out an entire survey, just to get disqualified at the very end or receive an error. Also if you take surveys in transit, pray that you don't go through a tunnel in the middle of a survey. Without a consistent internet connection, the survey will crash along with the entire app.

A couple of times, it seems the survey has been completed & then nothing. It usually tells you the survey filled up or if you don't qualify; they still throw you a few points. It also states that you can immediately transfer funds directly to your account, but once done, it stated UP TO 5 BIZ DAYS. That's not immediate! The screens also don't rotate for better view or usage. But overall, it's not bad.

I've had a lot of issues that have made me reach out to customer service. The app has so many issues, and frankly the website isn't much better. Surveys crash in the middle and you don't get the opportunity to pick up where you left off. Sometimes you'll do a 30 minute survey just to have it tell you it's filled up and get 3 cents instead of the actual amount. They also have a weekly bonus to complete 3 surveys over 20 points for 7 days... But there's no surveys or it crashes.
