Survtapp is offline data collection software for field teams. Install it on an iPad or Android tablet — or a phone, with every feature intact — and collect survey responses, inspection checklists and signed waivers anywhere, with or without a connection.

WORKS FULLY OFFLINE
This is the reason most teams choose Survtapp. Every response is written to the device the moment it is completed, not streamed to a server that may not be reachable. Collect for hours or days with no connection at all. When you are back online, tap Sync and the queue uploads in the background. If an upload fails it stays queued and retries — a response is never discarded because the network was bad.
ENCRYPTED ON YOUR DEVICE
Offline does not mean unprotected. A response waiting to sync has its answers, photos, signatures, notes and location encrypted on the device until it uploads, and your sign-in is held in the Android keystore. If a tablet goes missing between the site and the office, the collected work on it is protected.

Hand the tablet to a respondent and let them fill the form in themselves. Kiosk mode locks the app to a single survey so nobody can reach your account, your other forms, or anything else on the device. Built for reception desks, exhibition stands and self-serve feedback points.
EVENT LEAD CAPTURE
Scan attendee badges at your booth and capture qualified leads in seconds, with notes added while the conversation is still fresh. It works offline like the rest of the app, so patchy venue Wi-Fi does not cost you a lead. Sync the whole day's scans when you get back to the hotel.
REVIEW, EXPORT AND REPORT
See everything collected on the device, check what is still waiting to sync, and export to CSV. Responses land in your Survtapp web account, where your team can filter, chart and report on them.

English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi and Japanese, with dates, numbers and layout localised — not just translated strings.

Survtapp's infrastructure runs in Canada. Responses travel over TLS, and sensitive fields are encrypted on our servers as well as on your device.

Best priced offline lead captur app. We ha've been spending so much money on lead capture app at trade shows until a friend recommended Survtapp. I find it super easy and fast even when we have too any people at the booth. I've configured plenty of question that I capture offline and sync at the end of the show. The responses exported in a spreadsheet - and seamlessly imported into our CRM.
