Survtapp is offline lead capture, waivers and field data collection in one app — and all of it keeps working with no internet at all.

Build your form on the web, open it on your phone or tablet, and collect. In a basement trade show hall, on a construction site, at a remote trailhead or in a moving vehicle, every response is written to the device first and uploaded when you choose. Nothing waits on a signal.

OFFLINE LEAD CAPTURE AT TRADE SHOWS
Scan attendee badges at your booth and capture qualified leads in seconds, with notes attached while the conversation is still fresh. Venue Wi-Fi that barely works stops being your problem — scan all day offline and sync when you get back to the hotel. This is lead capture that does not depend on the hall's network.

FOR EVENT ORGANISERS
Running the event rather than exhibiting at it? Set the event up in Survtapp on the web, import your attendee list and issue QR badges. Your exhibitors scan those badges with this app, and each exhibitor only ever sees the leads they captured themselves.

SIGNED WAIVERS AND CONSENT
Guests read the full waiver on screen and sign it there — signature, initials and their details captured together, and the signed record filed against them. Built for a busy front desk, a rental counter or a queue at the gate, and it doesn't stall when the connection does.

WORKS FULLY OFFLINE
Collect for hours or days with no connection. Every response is saved to the device the moment it's completed, then uploaded when you tap SYNC. If an upload fails, the response stays queued and retries — it is never discarded.

YOUR DATA STAYS IN CANADA
Survtapp is built in Canada and runs on Canadian infrastructure. Your responses are stored and processed here — not routed through another country. If your organisation has to be able to say where its data lives, that answer is a short one. Responses travel over TLS, and your sign-in is held in encrypted device storage.

Best priced offline lead captur app. We ha've been spending so much money on lead capture app at trade shows until a friend recommended Survtapp. I find it super easy and fast even when we have too any people at the booth. I've configured plenty of question that I capture offline and sync at the end of the show. The responses exported in a spreadsheet - and seamlessly imported into our CRM.
