Ratings and reviews

This app usually works pretty well. But for the past week it has been constantly crashing and giving an error message that says: sorry This survey is unavailable after Several questions are answered. I will update my rating When this glitch is fixed. *update* Unfortunately, I'm lowering my rating to one, if I could give 0 I would.And now I can't even receive rewards after I've cashed out on top of customer service being terrible(bugs/Glitching & crashes still a HUGE issue)

Overall legit app. The thing that I'm having an issue with is when I get an email saying, do a frosty streak for 7 days, and you will receive 500 points. Those streak rewards don't go through. I'm currently at a 90-day streak, and the 500 points have not been given to me. I contacted customer service about the last one not going through, and I got a response. This last time I haven't yet. It does appear also that you have to check the app and browser. Browser may have surveys app doesn't.

I've redeemed a few hundred dollars over the last two years on this platform but ultimately my account got deactivated when I attempted to redeem $50 out of the $60 I had available. I reached out to customer service and they responded that there was a reason but did not specify what. Now, 4 months later, they reinstated my account with the previous balance. Not sure what it was all about but I can now redeem what I earned and can hopefully keep earning.
