So far this experience has been pretty good! I was able to redeem two $5 amazon gift cards. I even had an issue with my account a couple of times and the support team has been responsive and helpful. Getting points seem relatively easy as well! I hope for more opportunities with this app. Edit: I had this app in 22 and redeemed a good amount of giftcards. In 2026, I rarely get any surveys anymore. It has been months since I used the app, and I'll be looking for other alternatives.

Contacted the support team(difficult to find email address) to say that I suddenly stopped receiving surveys. They told me problem was fixed and give it a couple days. Still had the same issue. I continued to contact them and they would say the same thing ...Give it a couple days. Or your problem was reported to supervisors.It's been over 5 months and they won't help or fix the issue. Very Disappointed

I love this app. 10-20 minutes doing surveys in free time each day, and I get $5-10 in Amazon gift cards every week - sometimes more. It's a great way to get a little extra money. Edit: this app has majorly changed. Now I'll go 2 weeks or more without a single survey, and then get 30 dumped on me at once. It's hardly feeling worth it now. If I'm lucky, I might get one gift card a month - and it takes days to get them, instead of minutes.
