I have been using crowdtap for over 10 years and never had any issues. On May 31st I submitted to cash in my remaining points for a gift card as I was not receiving any more surveys. After a few weeks I reach out because it was still pending and it never takes more than a few days. I received a response that it can take 3-5 days and to be patient. I responded back that it had been weeks no response. Recently checked the status and now it says failed and points are gone. Guess they closed down.

I have had this app on&&off for a few years now. at first, it was amazing! I cashed out several $5 amazon gift cards w/no issues. however, w/in the past 6mths or so, I log into my account only to have ZER0 tasks/surveys to do. Every. Single. Time. I have tried quite a few times to reach out to support but have been unsuccessful each of those times as well. therefore, I am on the verge of uninstalling to juss completely give up on it

So far this experience has been pretty good! I was able to redeem two $5 amazon gift cards. I even had an issue with my account a couple of times and the support team has been responsive and helpful. Getting points seem relatively easy as well! I hope for more opportunities with this app. Edit: I had this app in 22 and redeemed a good amount of giftcards. In 2026, I rarely get any surveys anymore. It has been months since I used the app, and I'll be looking for other alternatives.
