Ratings and reviews

Been on this site for several years. They ask a variety of questions, at a variety of points. I have turned in, and been rewarded with several gift cards from this. So far the app itself, seems to run properly. My review overall doesn't change, just sometimes the app itself will glitch out, by not scrolling, freezing, booting out, etc. Also, sometimes on some of the questions, I feel that the answer of all the above, or none of the above, or other should be included more often.

Bugs with the app make it unusable. Funny how after I've gotten to about 700 points now the app will instantly crash when opened even after restarting my device several times and reinstalling the app. Another waste of time. Edit: I've updated my review to 5 stars due to the issues with the app being resolved with some playing around on my end. I've had 2 successful payouts so far, and I look forward to hopefully many more.

The mid June 2024 update RUINED the functionality. Now the app is very slow and won't acknowledge when you click to rank items in a survey. It's also eating up my battery. / Previous review: This app has error messages pop up throughout (i.e. "cannot communicate with the server" when trying to submit a survey or "error processing request" when trying to complete in progress surveys). Sometimes, they'll disappear while I'm completing them. I had a 36 day streak, but somehow it was reset.

In this update we've made improvements to the experience and squashed some bugs
