GETTING STARTED:

If you have existing credentials from our borrower portal, you can use those same credentials to log into the app. Otherwise, you can create your user profile by selecting 'Register Now' once you have completed the download.

Unable to log in. Says there is an issue when validating my info even though I know the information is correct. Tried resetting my password multiple times but not receiving the email that it keeps telling me has been sent. This has been going on for several days. I have tried calling the company but it's just an automated system. Bet I get a real person when they don't get their payments.

Never allows me to see my account information, monthly bill, settings and always gives me a 401 error code upon signing in..and a dozen "oops something went wrong" when doing anything in the app. I've called numerous times and only get told to clear the cache and memory, then restart my phone..yeah, your app still doesn't work.

It was junk before. If it have more than one account, you can't set any more than one up on the app. When you contact customer service for assistance the crickets sound. Now the entire app is down. For maintenance. For over a month. Don't bother with the app, because Service Finance clearly doesn't.
