After hiring a tutor, parents access two key features:

Weekly Routine Parents ask tutors to create a weekly teaching schedule based on their child’s needs. Tutors allocate time for each subject, ensuring balanced learning.

Swan AnalysisParents enter exam scores like Unit 1, Term 1, etc. Swan color-codes performance:

-Maroon: 60% or below
-Light Red: 61%-69%
-Light Yellow: 70%-75%
-Yellow: 76%-84%
-Green: 85% and above

The system highlights subjects needing improvement. Tutors adjust their teaching accordingly, and parents track progress over time.

The Connection: Subjects scoring below 75% automatically appear in the tutor's weekly routine with corresponding colors, prompting immediate attention.
