Ridiculous! Very poor service! I placed my order through their app. Eventually,they called and confirmed and evaluated the price of my device and also informed me the procedure to collect and documents required at the time of transaction. After 20 days, I called and they informed they have stopped purchasing sets as they have already have huge stocks! They didn't bother to inform me through phone or through their app! It happened twice with me with 2 different mobile models..... Unprofessional!

The app is overall good in case of usability. Signing up is also fairly easy. The interface is also good. But in my case I'd have liked the option to buy old products as well. And also there should be an option for small accessories as well. Because very often we buy some things for a certain occasion and only one day use. As these things are fairly small nobody thinks that they can be sold. Then as we can't sell them we throw them away.That's why I'd like that feature and also an option to buy.
