App is ok. It does what it's made for (plan swaps). But. The experience was a bit frustrating. Select location, select time. Shift location a little bit. New time gets automatically selected, every time. Also, I wanted to plan my swap at home. I know my address, you know my address, why make me go through the horrible experience of trying to get the little pin at exactly the right location, only to see a wrong address on the confirmation page?

Had a flat tire and tried to solve it over the app as indicated. Impossible to plan an appointment at my location because the choice simply doesn't "lock-in". I just moved around on the map without anything happening. Had to use the chat function to contact and even there the chat content disappeared. Not a nice user experience for a company that bases it's entire concept on an app!

The App just takes up space on my phone. It used to work a little bit, but now it's just a blank screen that crashes when clicking one of the two buttons. Actually, only one of the buttons 'work,' so it crashes after using the store locator button. I'm not sure why I have it on my phone still. I guess I'm holding on to a semblance of hope. The company itself is great, just wish the app was functional.
