Ratings and reviews

I usually use Swappa every 5 to 6 years when upgrading phones, they've been great every time I use them. They have a great policies in place that protect buyers but bring in great sellers. They rate on cosmetic conditions and only allow properly tested working units. You can score some great deals if you're okay with fair to good products but work exceptionally well. Every seller I've worked with has been professional, prompt with responses and quick with shipping.

The app at first was ok but navigating is annoying; you have to remember what you were looking at specifically because when you for instance click on a category then that item you get a list of them without a proper sorting option then you have to shuffle through the prices to see what you want. It's a different experience than in the official website.

The app used to be awesome. You could browse through devices by filtering manufacture, device type, carrier, etc. They have since updated and removed all of that. Now all you get is an unorganized list of phones or tablets with no way to sort or filter. You can't list devices to sell either. It's a shame as I've purchase devices through the app before and it worked great. Not worth downloading anymore.
