Take control of your screen time.
Not by scrolling — by moving.
This app is designed to help you balance distracting habits with physical movement. Controlling the time you spend on social media and other time-consuming apps no longer has to be a battle of willpower.
Here, you don't buy time — you earn it.
You earn app usage time by doing short exercises. When your time runs out, access to distracting apps is restricted, and you need to move again to use them.
How does it work?
• Unlock extra time with short exercises like squats, push-ups, and more
• A limited ad-supported time option is available for emergencies
• You'll be notified with smart alerts before your time expires
• Designed to help reduce dopamine dependency
⚙️ Accessibility Service Usage
This app uses the Android Accessibility Service.
Why is it used?
SweatLock uses the Accessibility Service to detect when you open selected social media apps (such as Instagram, TikTok). When a blocked app is detected, an exercise challenge screen is shown to the user.
What it does NOT do:
• Does not access your personal data, messages, or passwords
• Does not read or record your screen content
• Does not share any data with third parties
• Does not capture photos or videos
All processing happens entirely on your device. You can disable this service at any time via Settings → Accessibility → SweatLock.
This is not a fitness app.
But it makes movement a part of your daily self-control routine.
The goal is to help you regain your focus, self-control, and time management.
Move.
Earn time.
Take control.
