Ratings and reviews

Excellent idea, but the app and website is pure garbage. I got a new phone and try login to my account and says details are incorrect. I know they are not. Try to reset the password and in the app that button just does nothing. Try resetting my password on their website and all I get is an error message that says they slipped up. Try and connect via Facebook and then it tells me the app has been disabled. Absolutely no way to book anyone and no way to access my account

Absolutely awful integration with Snapscan. It doesn't allow me to go to my Snapscan app so why even have it in the app? Poor visibility on the bookings and unusable tipping interface. And to top it off very variable quality of workers. Some are great but some are far from great.

Good service, haven't had a problem with the actual service that is provided. But there's creature comforts in the app that are missing, like turning off promotional notifications, they are annoying, I don't need them in my life.
