It's not Lutron, but that's not entirely bad. There is room for improvement but also many options the competition doesn't offer, like IAQ sensors. The accuracy of smaller sensors may not be high but they are easy to conceal and funtion well enough to integrate into our whole home ventilation system. Wifi connections are strong, minimal downtown, easy-to-use app, and strong customer support. Hope to see new and improved plug-in modules and better market availability. Will be buying more ASAP!

If you have a 20a appliance, this is pretty much your only option, and it's a great and affordable one. Great app, great features, hardware is great, too. Bought the base receptacle unit and temp/ humidity module to control a commercial dehumidifier with no humidity level information (just a wet-dry-drier dial). Perfect solution, receptacle is top quality with 10ga tinned stranded wire and safety gates for the plugs, so only grounded-only plugs are accepted. T-blade plugs supported. Only gripe is receptacle is oversized by depth and also square monolithic, so finding a matching box can be a pain (had to cut my metal box housing the original "dumb" receptacle). Not sure if Swidget sells matching boxes; didn't look at the time of purchase. If they do, suggest you "Add to Cart". Will look at other Swidget offerings after this more-than-satisfactory initial experience.

Great option for 20amp plugs. Fairly straight forward on the install. Gave it 4 stars because it dud 2 firmware updated over the last 5 months and it had issues. It froze and I had to remove it and reconnect to fix it. BUT, I would purchase more.
