Add Money

You can load money into your IME wallet account from various available mediums:

• Linked Bank: You can link your bank account to your IME Pay Wallet via Bank Branch or M-Banking. Once linked, you can instantly add money to your wallet or deposit to your bank without logging into the banking portal again.

• E-banking/M-banking: You can also one-time login to their E-banking or M-banking portal and add money to your IME Pay wallet account.

• Connect IPS: Connect IPS is a single payment platform that allows you to link your bank account to enable payment processes, fund transfer, and bill payments.

• Nearby Agents: IME has a nationwide network of agents, so alternatively, you may also visit any nearby IME Agent and add money to your IME Pay wallet at the counter.

Ratings and reviews

Pretty good! Just installed this. I had to do some urgent transaction, it worked wonders! I wish they would enable the function "link bank account " or either have an option to keep more balance than 10k nrs. Edit : thank you for pointing out but as I've mentioned earlier "enable" which means it wasn't operational when I used it.

Too much time and issues while loading/checking bank balance through linked bank. Also while logging in, it says the the requested time is out. Something to look at for the app developers while update. It would be better if they fix the problem. Overall, a very good digital wallet.

Worst customer service, I called 10 times a day but they didn't answer. Rather they do hold for a 2,3 minutes which cause significant loss in mobile balance. Additionally my KYC isn't verified yet though I uploaded a week ago and I don't get any progress and any information about my verification process. Such a frustrating to use.
