Terrible UX. Name needs to be exactly as shown on passport and even then it doesn't work first time (you can delete account if you need to change anything). Took a while before clicking the email link let me add the card but it did work in the end. Feels unnecessarily punishing. I suspect there's some periodic job for syncing accounts they run at the top of the hour.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever encountered ... British Airways issued me a $45 Swiipr card, but “Claim My Funds” kept sending me to Google Play even though the app was already installed and registered. The card never appeared. I wasted 3 hours before giving up. I even called BA and they couldn’t fix it either. An app meant to deliver airline compensation should work instantly, not create more hassle. Shame on BA for subjecting premium customers to this trauma with a broken system. Avoid

The same experience as everyone else. I clicked on the link BA sent. I installed the app. I eventually got it to let me create an account. But then, as someone else said, I got into an endless, frustrating loop. It said that, to claim my funds, I needed to click on the link in the original message. But doing that, just goes to Play Store to install the app. Useless.
