Wish I could give zero stars, the app doesn't work. it won't let you log in - just throws up a timeout error. With all the reviews British airways is well aware this is a problem and it is just an attempt to not pay out for the food vouchers on delayed flights. disappointed.

The app doesn't work, you just get stuck in a loop. I ended up going to the BA Customer Service counter, showed them the text I had received and they gave me a physical refreshment voucher instead.

Doesn't work - sign in/up code sending generates validation or wall of text error despite code SMS being sent - doesn't proceed to code entry. Got a 30£ voucher from my cancelled flight - couldn't use it thanks to that, had to use my own money. Pretty basic level of uselessness.
