Terrible UX. Name needs to be exactly as shown on passport and even then it doesn't work first time (you can delete account if you need to change anything). Took a while before clicking the email link let me add the card but it did work in the end. Feels unnecessarily punishing. I suspect there's some periodic job for syncing accounts they run at the top of the hour.

This is one of the worst apps I've ever encountered ... British Airways issued me a $45 Swiipr card, but “Claim My Funds” kept sending me to Google Play even though the app was already installed and registered. The card never appeared. I wasted 3 hours before giving up. I even called BA and they couldn’t fix it either. An app meant to deliver airline compensation should work instantly, not create more hassle. Shame on BA for subjecting premium customers to this trauma with a broken system. Avoid

Awful, useless app. Like everyone else says you just go round in an endless loop of opening the email, clicking the link, opening the app, opening the email. No surprise that it's BA that forces its customers to use this shoddy, useless rubbish.
